Located at the heart of Alabama’s fastest-growing community (#10 in the nation!) and one of the South’s premier vacation destinations, Fairhope UMC is seeking a new Director of Student Ministries who can give spiritual and organizational leadership to the 70+ students (grades 7-12) who regularly attend weekly worship and small groups, as well as more than a dozen weekly volunteers. The congregation’s mission — “LOVE BOLDLY, casting the LIGHT of JESUS into the world, ” — captures the same outward-looking ethos of the Student Ministry. Fairhope UMC students are regular participants in Family Promise shelter network, Community Cafe, and many other local missions of the church.

Competitive salary offered commensurate with the candidate’s experience. The ideal candidate will be United Methodist, have a Bachelor Degree and specific experience in Student Ministry.
