Director of Family and Youth Ministry (Full-Time) – West Chester, PA

Join an active youth ministry with great potential to build back and do amazing things.   Build on the strong framework of Calvary’s excellent music ministry as well as dedicated Christian Education ministries.  Work with a team of staff to strengthen the church through the faith of the youth.  The campus at Calvary has a tremendous facility with High School and Middle School youth rooms, a spacious Fellowship Hall, and outdoor space with a Pavilion.  Calvary is located directly across the street from West Chester University, adding the college-town energy and enthusiasm to our active ministries.

As the Director of Family and Youth Ministry, you will work with Calvary’s entire church community and be responsible to grow, equip, develop, and lead a comprehensive Family and Youth Ministry (FYM) program. Your leadership will provide direction and supervision in the areas of FYM to cultivate a Family of God who is inspired to grow, play, discover and serve together.

Specific program responsibilities include Confirmation for 8th graders, middle-school and high-school youth groups, leadership for Sunday school for teens, summer mission trips/camps, support for Vacation Bible school, as well as support for Wednesday evening programming.
