Director of Children’s Ministry (Full-Time) – Johnson City, TN

Munsey Memorial UMC has always had a great love for children and youth, which shows throughout our dedicated program areas for children, youth, and their families. We’re also a missional church that offers opportunities for children and youth to be in service with each other and their families.

Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church seeks a full-time Director of Children’s Ministries to serve in ministry to children from birth through 6th grade.  The ideal candidate will exhibit a love of children, families, and servant leaders, and will encourage children in the congregation and community to grow in faith as Christian disciples.  Applicants must be mature and committed disciples of Christ and team players with good organization and communication skills.  A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a degree in Education or Religion and at least three years of experience in Children’s Ministries preferred.
